When was the last thing that was good for us and not the PO?
Some would say RRECS, how's that turning out? Just about every post on here is about some part of or a question about RRECS not working right, not being transparent or manager's just not knowing RRECS usage.

Am I surprised? No.

But just another screw job with lack of too complex to do or etc but yet USPS can do it to benefit them while our union sits back and collects money from us carriers.

I will say it again, a union that cannot strike is powerless. We rely on the 'hope and pray' method of negotiating anything. Then it does not pass and goes to an independent negotiator and they all have no clue what this job entails. It also allows bosses and negotiators to interpret the contract anyway that benefits them.
