Plug those "Standard Hours" in to the contract tables... (do not divide by 2, the calculator has already done that for you)

And really, this is what the calculator is doing when it tells you what your evaluation is... it's seeing where your standard hours fits in these tables...

Would the volume factor from the last count be on the time sheet (4240), & would the volume factor change as the edit book is updated with more boxes ?

  Most PMs will print a 4241-M after count. It will have your new volume factor.The volume factor will be on your 4241-A, in your route book. The volume factor won't change as boxes are added. You use the volume factor x the additional boxes to get your increase in minutes. You need a 60 minute change , otherwise the time is banked until 60 minutes is reached and you notify management.

  Some carriers will wait, to notify, because the 60 minutes might not put them into a higher evaluation. The carrier wiill wait until he/she has enough boxes to go up in evaluation.  </blockquote>

@btdtret - O/T, but if memory serves, I believe that there is only 1 mileage route left in the whole USA.

And the carrier is older than dirt.  Once he goes (one way or the other), that's it.  It will be a "regular" route.

This really doesn't make good sense to me......never been real good in math and science....that is why I decided being a Doctor wasn't in the cards for me.

So when FrozenToes calculator said at the bottom of the sheet Standard Time 96.33....you don't divide that by 2.  I was just hoping to go up 20 minutes a day.

What is funny the PostMaster told me her Calculator said 100.11 and she divided it by 2....so I did too.

Don't know if I should laugh or cry.

I read your PM and sent you a PM. Your office time has to be way off. It's almost triple my route. Route times are similar. I came out to just under 59 hours/week.

I think you entered you loading and other suitable times in the wrong format. You used decimals.

ex: Format should be 204:35 not 204.35 for two hundred four minutes and thirty-five seconds.
