Including resignation papers??sign anything and everything they put under your nose.
That's what I was referring to when I asked the OP about having signed anything.

Exactly. I have refused to sign things that I would never put my stamp of approval on because it could be used against me at multiple jobs. Usually when management is trying to shift blame or make it look like others are complicit with their actions. You can inform them that they have the right to present a document to you and inform them they may also have a witness present to sign off that they witnessed it presented to you. But often times the witness performs a vanishing act when they realize their signature will be attached to something untoward. It's kind of cute really.Including resignation papers??

to make my answer better, just quit going into that office, they won't fire you... you'll still be on the rolls in 10 years... talk to your mail carrier, if you like them, if not ask your mom's or cousins mail carrier, find a good office and work there,, trust me, they'll take you,, but then again, if you are this willing to work, you can work anywhere you want besides the post office
Ifitfits....nice comment. I'll see you at work tomorrow...since it sounds like you work in my office...Hahaha... Our subs now just come in when and if want. Most (not all) trickle in about 30 minutes to two hours late. At least they actually call in if they won't be there; even if it's two hours after the fact. Management sometimes helps them case and sometimes carries half of their route. They get PDI's when management is in the mood and never get any discipline. We even had a sub threaten a harrasment suit on a supervisor because they kept calling them to come to work after the sub complained they weren't getting enough work. They quit after that. What a spoiled brat. God forbid if a regular calls in!
You can't make this s%#* up! We used to have a great office with high morale until less than a year ago when our new management mental giants arrived. The PM speaks of themself like they are God's gift to management. It gets worse and worse every month. It's amazing how fast an office can become a dumpster fire. Amazingly, we rarely have any contract violations; just bad management.
