I always think of that as well... during mail count the USPS wants to somehow act like we're all over-evaluated... but I see many, especially the subs, not being able to make the evaluations... so, hello USPS, doh... don't you think maybe that is an indication that the routes are not over-evaluated??? <img title="Confused" alt="Confused" src="https://www.ruralmailtalk.ruralinfo.net/wp-content/sp-resources/forum-smileys/sf-confused.gif" />
