when will this count be effective?

Yep, and the 1st paycheck the new evaluations will be effective on is May 18th.

It's supposed to be averaged in. Don't know the exact specks on how it will be done. I'm just going off the MOU that was posted back in September when an agreement was made at a lower rate than was previously paid.

Mail came through, parcels came through.. SPM did not. I usually get 2 a day. I had 4 total the entire count. Doesn't really affect it that much, 24 would be a couple minutes (which may come in handy later, unless these types of evaluations become obsolete), but I've got at least 30 minutes till the next hour.

24 SPMs would get you an extra 14 minutes. If they were Alerts then 7.2 minutes. I certainly didn't get the SPMs & Alerts that I normally do. Obvious when I received 4 SPMs yesterday ?. I would certainly love to have that time during count!
