WHERE"S RRECS?

Kinda like when I let management know I can't fit it all in and will need help and they say they don't think I need help, so I say maybe I should go home sick today...I went home sick once... it took 3 subs to deliver my route. Now when I say I need help and they say I don't and I say maybe I should go home sick, I'm told take what I can and we'll see what we can do. When I get back it is all gone.

Yesterday it took me all day and help from 2 subs. 275 parcels on my route evaluated with 75 parcels a day.
We have a new puppy from districts puppy mill...bullies our carrier with a pov EVERY day about not fitting it all in her jeep..

Sounds like a Hostile Work Environment. Hope someone is keeping notes. That kind of bullying effects all that hear & see it, especially the RCAs.
He's a piece of trash...yesterday he was going on and on about how he's going to find him an 80 year old sugar momma and all he'll have to do is take her out to dinner..blabbering to the clerks while they're trying to put mail up..I feel like filing an EEO complaint..his conduct is routinely demeaning toward women...

Did that once. We had a station mgr. that was retired army. He never understood the difference between military and civilian service. Our start time was 8:00 am at the time and I came in at 7:00 because there was a big snow storm coming and wanted to get out early to beat the worst of it. He told me I couldn't be on the floor before my start time, no exceptions. I said no problem and went home sick. Next day I found out he tried to deliver my route. All but the first half hour was on the floor when I came in. Took a few days and some help to clean up.

DB.Cooper et al -- "Are they filling out the missing Postal Pulse surveys? "

-- Could be!!

-- Probably scared to send out a new Postal Pulse as the comments section would most likely be somewhat hostile.

Too bad more info is not released by the NRLCA, I would think there are a number of carriers that need to make life decisions based on that info. Personally, I cannot continue with the present status quo. 5x my count number of parcels and 2nd trips most every day now.
The inaction around the PO to this issue is astounding. You could see it coming for weeks, it was obvious that quarantine would turn into an avalance of Amazon/online shopping going to homes. With many of us in rural areas with POVs, the problem it would create was also obvious.

Now, as predicted, its been going on for weeks, and still nothing done to address it in my area. Purely shove it into the carrier's laps and ignore it.
