Just want to point out. When an organization holds hostage info or Anything for that matter. That directly influences and individual tied to that organization ability to live a comfortable life. I was going to join once I got aux route, but the union rep told me to "suck it up" when I called even though it was clear cut violation of the contract and that made up my mind on the union. Should it? Probably not, but it isn't right

The amount of ppl who pay in does not coincide with the amount who vote. Just look at last contract numbers. A vast majority of members do not vote, as to why I do not know.

either Way open honest communication is needed from the union. as an Organization if they want a chance to turn this ship around. I am just an RCA so what do I know tho.

No union rep in office nor know how to. If she told me then I would have.

Again I am not saying the union should be teaching, BUT SOMEONE SHOULD TEACH THE NON-MEMBERS.

Example: everyone works in plant. You get taught everything and do it right. I come in not taught and suck. but yet we get paid the same? Is that fair?
