no one in our office is going to sign off on this count since it’s been a cluster for two weeks, and the fact that the out of the radar report the only thing that’s accurate is loose flats and the end of run report is worthless and no Reccs data available to bounce the parcel and spur count not to even see many other things. We have no way to verify the data we collected to anything offered from the post office
Our PM's always counted ours. Felt it was the right thing to do, correct interpretation.
And they have only counted markup mail, and 3849 pars, and 3m for the end of day, no UBBM, accountables, outgoing mail, as far as I know everything you have to bring back gets counted it’s called random mail. One other thing I haven’t gotten an answer to is Deceased mail, it gets a point for each letter but how does that differentiate from a markup piece?
One of our routes which is apartments and business parks gets around 2000 UBBM daily.....Maybe 5 or 6 HUNDRED... how much is that worth????

Yup we were told yesterday they won’t count anything from pulling boxes that now are vacant
So what did he/she tell the carriers about the count being OVER and UBBM was suppose to be counted?
I can’t sign off until I can have a full report of everything that was counted, including the RECCS reports because I cannot verify everything the only thing that’s been accounted for is loose flats nothing else
We are not going to sign off until we get accurate counting of everything including RECCs reports and they are not giving us a daily report for RECCs

What are we gonna verify with this count???? really not much to verify.... certainly, will have no ability to verify that our evals are correct.... how do you verify push button, bada bing, here's your new eval.....

Yep. Same here. If they cannot give me a report that shows I delivered X amount of parcels to door, X amount to patcel locker, X amount in / at mailbox, total DPS, total accountable mail , etc. , I am not signing either. I am also downloading to a disk that redacted final engineer's report and submitting that with my reasons for not agreeing to the count / evaluation. And for those who do not have 10 years in as a career carrier, DO NOT BE FORCED INTO SIGNING THE LEAVE AGREEMENT EITHER. THAT IS ONLY FOR THOSE WHO DO HAVE THE OPTION TO ELECT HIGH OR LOW. LESS THAN 10 YEARS HAS NO OPTION.
