Question about frozen routes (after adjustment)

My route is being adjusted and the effective date for the changes is some time in June, I understand there won't be any change in the evaluation after the MMS this coming fall and the MMS in Feb/March of 2027 is the next time it will be effected. But only the data that is recorded starting June will factor into things correct? Does any of the data being recorded right now in May before the adjustment factor in at all? I'm asking because I've heard people say a year of data is needed to determine a change in the evaluation but June to Feb/March is not a year. It's 10 months.

Also, Is there anything at all that can effect a route's evaluation during a frozen period? Hypothetically if a route that is frozen has let's say 20 new homes in a new development activated 2 months after it's been frozen. Do they still have to wait the full term of it being frozen to be credited for any of those new deliveries? Just wondering about that.

A year's worth needs to be recorded before it counts. So you won't see change until the next count after 12 months. My office was stuck at 18 months total as 12 to save data, and 6 till the next MMS.

As to changes, yesh. Anything up or down is supposed to be tracked-> is not -> file grievance -> data used is what they calculated for your cut/add just with number of boxes you just changed (20 or whatever) and get backpay from first activation and new eval. Next MMS that actually matters will hopefully have you closer to what you changed to then not.

Important note before anyone asks: You no longer need an hour change, the language in the current/new contract is for any change and thus can be 15 minutes to another hour and get it (if the bixes calculate enough)
