"... We've always done it this way."

Regular daily mail can count as a parcel under current guidelines.

What merits regular daily mail for a customer who gets the odd item you have to hoof to the door? If you are willing to cut your own pay with RRECS on the horizon for your customers by forcing them to put up a box large enough for the random item which you are to lazy to exit your POV or LLV more power to you.

Sorry but the smaller the box the more possible time credits for me under RRECS if implemented.

Fix a box with a wide opening with a chute going down to a large container. The chute would be curved and long enough to defend against theft. The container would open on the backside with a lockable door. Kind of like a collection box but the chute mouth would be a lot larger like a trashcan.

you hoof! I'm tired of being everybody's personal secretary. And wearing my car out. Just put new shocks on last week!

Not worried about the time clock. Last dispatch time frame meeting not my problem. Gladly return under the deadhead time allowance under RRECS or todays time allowance only to return to point of last delivery to finish route run for correct pay. Now who will run the mail I collect with scans to plant after I return when last dispatch left for the night? Once again not my problem.

Small slotted boxes merit double handle of mail on count under todays guidelines when incoming won't fit on first grab.

In regards to shoe and waist size. Shoe size 12, waist size 30 with 34 inseam.

I purchased and installed the new box. I put it on a swing arm, attached to a 6×6 post. 45" up. I also have my neighbors box on there, big box. It holds quite a bit.

I only have 1 resident on my route with that box. They pick up once a month, and there's plenty of room. Easy to open/close.

I had a mellinial tell me..."I bought the small box because it's YOUR JOB TO DELIVER PACKAGES TO MY FRONT DOOR!" He has a .4 miles driveway, no turnaround, homeschooled kids running around, toys everywhere, cars parked so i sometimes have to back all the way out.

I'm not getting a parcel credit at mail count to tote this regular mail half a mile to drop at the door. Because they have't got the mail out of their box in days.

When a normal box is full and today's mail won't fit, I pull out all the mail, leaving a. 'your mail box is full' notice. It says pickup within 10 days or your mail will be sent back. Had one pick up today, I couldn't fit 2 days mail in their box. I've done it to the same customer 4 times.

"I can't care more about your mail than you do."

In case of the locking box, you don't have to worry about pulling the contents!!! Just leave the notice, put mail on hold and write "box full" on your hold slip.

Whats the difference if box is not full but large catalogs, samples will not fit in slot? Leave notice right?
