Anyone have crazy results?

A original frozen route here. Went from the frozen 43K to a 46K. I want some backpay especially the $550 bucks they took out of my paycheck after I came back a 45K then PO kicked me back to a frozen 43k. You know the story.
same. almost. went from frozen 44k to 46k. i also would like backpay for working 16 months frozen at 44k when it was 46k. yeah, yeah i know...i wouldn't want to pay it back if it came back as 42k. still chaps my ass

So just got first eval in almost year and half because of when route was cut and locked. So last august or september until december my scanner wasn't tracking cookies and there were days it didn't register me delivering a single package apparently. Management only told me after our post master got chewed out for it showing me not delivering anything for months. The cradle would screw up any scanner put in my spot. Anyway to check my sheets to make sure I didn't get boned for those few months?

Dropped at least 25 standard hours and that does not include all the new addresses activated while I was frozen. 48K (from a grievance) to 42J.

Fortunately, I have a huge newer pickup that will boost me up in 6 months but that's ridiculous considering hundreds of addresses were added to my route since I've been frozen. Was a 40K prior to being frozen.

Even if your route is frozen, you can still gain time from added boxes. Doesn't matter with a 48k but still..

Yeah, I just became unfrozen.

I had territory added and I was a 40K prior to being frozen. Filed a grievance that put me at 48K from a bunch of growth. Still added even more addresses after that grievance was done, but there was no point doing another one since it was already "overburdened" by their computations. Now I've dropped to a J route.

Makes no sense but here we are. Hundreds of addresses added and I'm now lower than before I became frozen. That being said, a lot of that volume from the growth is still not 100% factored in to a full 52 weeks since my last several boxes were only activated maybe 2 or 3 months ago. My coverage % is VERY low.

Just trying to understand the situation . Is it simply addresses added where nothing is built yet but will be ? Or is it built residences where people are actually living and getting their mails & packages to ? Because only 2nd scenario explains the situation somewhat . Otherwise something definitely off

The addresses have been getting built for the last 3 years. Everything is now done and people have been moving in over the last couple years. The whole time the route was frozen there were addresses being activated only as people moved in. I waited to get "real" mail like bills and such before I activated them but that still hurts me since there may only be 2 to 3 months worth of mail for the last hundred or so. It's all new mail that doesn't get a ton of ads yet so it sees the other 9-10 as being vacant and hurts the coverage percentage.

What doesn't make sense that is my case is not normal in my office and everyone else dropped too who weren't seeing growth. Not nearly as much as me but this is my best explanation why.

Craziest result in my office was an unfrozen 41k route dropping to a 42h. All of the other unfrozen K routes went down to J routes.

We were all 48k routes for years but they decided to cut us all right after we lost amazon.

I dropped from a 44k to a 41j. And I was a 48k last year before they did route adjustments. We’ve had some volume tapering off but nothing that significant. There’s no way my route should be a j of any kind. This is fishy…

All - or at least anyone who dropped hours and classification:

-- Be sure to drop X-President Dwyer a "thank you" note for the "wonderful" RRECS system.

-- And for standing firm and never considering having the Rural community go hourly.

-- Wonder if the new National Board members will put together a listing of how may routes went up or down?

Nothing particularly strange or unexpected.

Everyone went up a bit. I gained about an hour a day again.

Standard fare.
Same in our offices. No declines, some went up a bit, some stayed the same. A few J to K, a few H to J, most gained an hour. Which, by the way is about $1500 gross before taxes each year.

We just became unfrozen right as Amazon moved into deliver. Never got results yet expecting Monday to see results. Next year will be a downward turn across the board on routes. City is expected to loose minimum 4 routes. Expecting all of us K beyond a cpl to drop to J or H routes. I feel safe 18 authorized dismounts a day 4328 feet a day walking office and dismounts.

You wanna talk crazy results? I am here to set the record!

Craziest result was a 42J dropping to a 12H

2nd craziest. The auxiliary which was evaluated at under 6 hours a day came out to around 16 hours a day.

A route that the cutting team wrongly put a piece that was supposed to go to me, and eventually did after several grievances, dropped to about 32H.

We also a few more 43Ks dropping to between 26H and 35H. Now they have a big job to do and maybe multiple unassigned regulars.
