Hi I’m a new Arc at the same post office I’ve been working in for 13 yrs . I was an RCA for 13 yrs with an aux route. As I got older I gave it up it got to much to much to do 2 to 3 routes a day when people were out . I still carry routes and help case mail and help on Hcr route. But now it’s my choice whether I want to do it or not I can say yes or no because I’m just an assistant
