Aux route pay, asking for a friend

Quick question. An RCA in my office is running a small aux route and she is questioning how she should be paid. She asked the 204b and she doesn't have any idea. REALLY??? Anyway, I ran an aux route but I was assigned this route daily, and was paid the route's evaluation, except during Christmas, which I was paid actual hours. This was before wrecks ( pun intended). Anyway, will this RCA be paid actual hours plus mileage or the evaluation of this route plus mileage? She is not assigned this route, just does it when noone else can. Also, if after completing the aux, she is.called to complete another route at a nearby post office, will she get paid mileage to this office? I have asked my union DR but have not heard a thing back. So, I am needing your help once again. Thanks so much in advance!

Gets paid evaluation, unless over 40 hour in a week. Then it is time served.

An exception would be if she is in training status, then it would be time served.

Not sure on the travel to second office.

This looks like it would apply.
