Two points....if you have an aux you could pull from that is great but that's not going to work for a lot of routes. I remember before the Wells arbitration every route in my office was a large K. After that we were all J's and H's. Fortunately for us we had a very large aux that we broke up but that only created two small K's and the rest were still in the J and H category. So I think for most carriers more mail/more boxes will not be a choice it will only be less pay. I have also wondered how often evaluations would change. I still haven't heard any definate answer on this.

According to the Ronmeister in the September newsrag.... Mapping, Route Coverage Factor, and Route Evaluation Frequency.... are all still TBD....

Never mind voting on a contract that's not final but signing one as well isn't that like leaving the barn door open and telling the livestock to stay where they are?

If you think about it... the contract really doesn't say when or even if RRECS will be implemented... it says they agree to discuss the issues related to implementation....

Not a lot of specifics, is an understatement, imo....
