We are suppose to be a formula office…with that being said, we’ve had the same day off for almost a year (initially, everyone chose and agreed upon their day off). Now, (almost a year later) someone wants to change their day off. Are we required to switch days on account of one person wanting to change?

If you are Formula, then not because of a Carrier wanting to change.
Carriers cannot be forced off of a weekday unless forced to a Saturday & vice versa. This has to be compliant with the Recalculation Rules.

If none of these changed & mgmt maximized the # of weekday Reliefs last time, no changes can be made.

Reach out to your Union Rep & if Mgmt illegally changes yours, file that grievance.
