I'm eyeballing the exit pretty hard at this point as well..... my only regret about NRLCA getting the axe would be, maybe not being able to go to that NRLCA sponsored golf scramble as a retiree.... js.... lots of retirees may be disappointed at the loss of these annual shindigs....I do know we need a different union but we aren't private we are a branch of the government non profit at that, unlike most others. I also know we have nothing left to negotiate with that's another huge problem. Part of me says ok wouldn't matter who represented us at this point. Then the other part says if we bring in outsiders they would have to learn from scratch how our stuff works which takes time. Time we don't have. I wanted to do this 15 years ago but no way others didn't want to hear it! So now I really think it's to late for either option. My personal goal now is to just find a way out asap. I've been fighting for years with no avail I'm just gonna pass it on and wish yall good luck.
