My route is being cut and also receiving territory from another route. The paperwork given to me states there are 2 dismounts being added when in fact there are 6 dismounts. 4 of these dismounts have a significant amount of walking distance (walking into businesses and a school). My guess is these deliveries are in the edit book (of the current route) as curbside deliveries or as non-stat/vacant but we can’t verify because the edit books are with AMS atm.
They are all active deliveries and have been for a while. If it is the case that the edit book was not properly crediting these deliveries as dismounts and no walking footage was credited while they were on the current route, can these changes be done before this territory is added to my route?
I am planning on disputing this as I feel the territory being added is not a true reflection of the time credited if hundreds of feet of walking is missing. I’m just not sure if they’re going to say they can make the changes but it won’t give the route any extra time right away and I’ll have to wait until the route is unfrozen to get credit. I hope that’s not the case.
