First day of count

Whelp another mail count update:
Fss has been crap this entire count, I usually average about 2-2.5 trays and I've gotten 1 almost the entire time.
I feel DPS and packages have been reflective of what I've been getting the past 4-5months. I watch my scans in my scanner closely and the number has been about the same or more with 2 days below average. The number of trays of dps vary from 3-6 depending on the day, again I feel this has been reflective of what I normally get.

There are still 2 days of count left and I am not optimistic. I attempted one of the calculators on the site and unless I've inputted some stuff wrong or I'm missing some info (which I'm praying i did/am), it appears I will be dropping to a J route. I'm not entirely sure how either since when i took my route it was an h route that jumped to a j after 2018s count (I got awarded the route immediately after count). Pretty sure it had 150 fewer boxes then too. I'm not sure what to think atm.

Preliminary results came back, finally figured out the calculator on the site, says I've dropped to a low 42k, like making it by the skin of my ass low. I am missing a few numbers from my sheet but I dont think it will affect the times much. Also trying to get the time/footage added for second trips for unloading my vehicle. Fss was extremely low the entire count and dps was probably average when compared to the last few months. Parcels the same as dps. Ultimately my volume got destroyed. Overall I am upset but not surprised and wishing I had enough time in to take the high option.

As a positive there is some development on my route which may bring me up another hour but this pay cut is going to suck.

Hate to say it, but, not suprised! Today, a tuesday, we got bombed with, DPS, flats and 2 boxholders. Yesterday, a monday, only 3 trays DPS and minimal flats and no, zero, zilch, nada boxholders!
Management sucks!

Think my mail count went very well. They were trying to get me to an L route but I had recently gained extra mileage so i still wasn't an L route. So I actually gained 2 hours. I went from a 45k to a 47k. So im pretty happy with that even though i absolutely hate being counted...

-- Apparently manglement has not given you the bad news yet!!

-- A 47K is in line to be CUT, maybe as far back as a 43K. However, if you can show manglement that you can make dispatch and not be in 2,080 trouble, they may elect not to make any adjustment.

-- Article 30.1.J. gives the carrier some input regarding the upcoming "adjustment."

-- How far above 55:48 are you?

-- If not that far above, go through the count paper work to see if you were given too much credit on/for something! Somewhat radical, but beats taking a BIG pay cut.

I never have trouble making dispatch at all unless its xmas time. Me and my sub actually handle route extremely well we don't ever have an issue making dispatch. Im pretty efficient I think but sometimes that doesn't mean much... Haha. And im at 56:42 so im actually kind of close.

-- Just maybe manglement will forego cutting your 47K route since you and the sub appear to be handling it in an efficient manner.

-- At 56:42, you are almost an hour above a 46K, but only 18 minutes from a 48K, so forget about looking for errors in the paper work.

-- Others have posted running 48K routes, so good luck in keeping your 47K.
