Holiday pay is at you current daily pay rate, no "overtime" is involved besides what is built into you evaluated pay.

You get hosed working your holiday. Same pay as any regular day of work.
If you worked your Holiday, you have options ;
C. Effective beginning with the 2023 Presidents’ Day hol-
iday, regular rural carriers who work their holiday, at
their option, may elect to have their annual leave bal-
ance credited with one day of annual leave or receive
the holiday pay to which the carrier is entitled above.
If you worked the Holiday and choose the pay, the day is paid at the daily evaluation of the route just like any other day. If you worked the Holiday and choose to take the "Holiday annual leave credit" , whenever that particular day is taken, it is paid the same as the daily evaluation of the route. There is an area on the pay stub for " Holiday annual leave earned" .
