So I was under the impression that our hot case mail was being counted everyday, just like we count it during the mail count. Asked the clerk today ,and he laughed and said "no, we never count the rural mail".
Are they supposed to count it toward our coverage, and if so, how bad are we getting screwed?
My average hot case daily is 3- 6 inches , and many days there is bundles of AARP or Costos etc. in the case. Bundles that should be in the coffin case, not the hot.
Thanks my forum friends
