Is everyone having issues logging on to liteblue eJob Bidding ?

When I click on eJob Bidding it directs me to a new page I haven't seen before asking me to log in again but will not accept my password. It's been like this for 3 days. Same thing is happening with a co-worker so I know it's not just my device. I'm assuming it's not working for anyone but just wanted to ask and see if everyone is having this issue. I'm also assuming if there were any routes up for bid during this issue they would have to be reposted?

The lite blue web site sucks. It is a hit or miss if it ever works for me. Try to look at my pay stub, never have much luck getting logged it that link.

Yes I’m having the same issue. Seems as if members of Reddit/Facebook groups are having the same E-job bidding login issue as well. Haven’t heard of a remediation yet.

UPDATE: eJob Bidding Application Issue on LiteBlue​

UPDATE: We have received word from Postal Headquarters that this issue has now been resolved.

Yesterday, the NRLCA was made aware that carriers are experiencing a login failure on the LiteBlue eJob Bidding application. When attempting to access the application, carriers are being prompted with an unexpected secondary login screen displaying an SAP logo in the bottom right corner (see screenshot, below). Current USPS credentials are not accepted at this screen, resulting in a "User Authentication Failed" error message. Headquarters has been notified and is working on a fix. We will provide updates as they become available.



Action Steps for Affected Carriers:

• Notify your manager immediately
• Request a MANUAL BID be accepted
• If management refuses a manual bid, FILE A GRIEVANCE and contact your steward
• Contact your District Representative, if needed

In the meantime, the NSS will document any affected members, dates, and bid deadlines that may be impacted.
