Letter of Warning

Yes.. my first grievance was for ( did management have just cause to issue me a LOW and denying me my sick leave?).. They paid me for my sick leave, and my grievance was extended. I was paid and grievance Im still waiting on. Second grievance was for when I had a follow up appointment with my doctor the following Friday which is my k day , the doctor took me off for 1 day( Why did management order me to bring my doctors note to them on my k day? ) I won ( x day 50 percent ). Well today I went into work and I was called into the office and I was issued another LOW for unscheduled absence for that Saturday the dr took me off ( September 21). The dates on the LOW are the same as first one June 1, September 14 and the new one September 21. To make the long story short, they lost the first LOW, its not in my file and they cant find it. (according to my Union Steward). I was under the impression June 1 was out of compliance as of October 1. I filed another grievance today for that LOW, ( did management have just cause to issue me a LOW) the supervisor would not accept my grievance, because he said question 4 is not a grieving statement, he said its a question and he gave the grievance back to me unsigned. On question 5 I put down article 15 and 16 and gave it back to him and he signed and said yes to your question in a very unprofessional way.
