Limited DUTY

I am considered on limited Duty status right now. My route is evaluated at 9 hours per day. I was working up to 12 hours per day and it was very overwhelming. My WC doctor provided me with paperwork that I can only work the evaluated hours. Even though I am working full weeks on my route they are paying me less than what our pay charts state. Chart from 3/9/24. I was a 43 before the last mail survey in February and then I moved up to a 45. For the last 6 months they've paid me as if I am a 43k. Has Anyone else dealt with this? Have calls into payroll and HR right now.

Unless something has changed in the last few years, your evaluation (salary) at the time of injury will not change even if the ROUTE changes.

Your pay is frozen. The only raises you will receive until you are Cleared for Full Duty is COLA raises.
