Has been 5 weeks..........several repair tickets, 3 visits out, and they took my Metris for 4 days......all to fix the fuel filter and a tire that's leaking air. STILL yet to be fixed! (They have just filled the leaking tire each time with air. I can do that!!!!!! And do every other day) I have no idea what they did with the van for those 4 days  It takes me a full 20 minutes to put gas in the thing....I'm paid for 8. Is there a grievance for extra pay here cause it takes extra time to fill tank? Is there a grievance against maintenance for them being idiots?

My vehicle has been MIA for over a week now for its annual inspection. Nothing mechanically wrong with it when they took it

You won't be able to get time/money for the extra fueling. That's based on the mileage of the route. However, I'd request time for putting air in the leaking tire. That's an additional job duty we are not compensated for in our evaluations. I'd be requesting no less than an additional hour a week.
how do you get 8 minutes in a metris? I get 3 in a llv that is a total rip off
26 mile route. i even did a dispute last mms and they came back and said its correct.
We should be paid by credit card pin numbers just look that up.
My complaint was that route miles don't equal gas fill ups ..... going around block, back for a package, someone else using after I'm done and Sunday amazon. OF COURSE FILLING AT HALF TANK ALL WINTER BECAUSE YOU CAN'T HAVE THE LINE FREEZE
