New benchmarking???

I find this odd. So after last MMS UPS starts daily dump on us again (after 2 years without) So of course load times are going longer. District is just looking at load times from past and current - didn't compare the amount of parcel the office receives currently.

Well, it's not that District isn't comparing the volume of parcels past and present. It's that "they" see a number and don't like it. You know how this goes. Too many authorized dismounts ? "They" are not looking at the fact you entered TWO boxholders on that day. "They" just see a number that "they" arbitrarily deem as "excessive". Same with the actual time events like loading and EOS. You changed case labels today ? That's not a factor in this at all. You still took "too long" according to "them".

UPDATE - They are coming after routes with long EOS times.

There are days I come back with more parcels than the entire office had for the day, but it was overheard on the phone that they know how long it takes to unload and that I'm taking to long. Mind you it takes multiple clerks hours in the morning to sort that kind of volume of parcels, but one person (loading and) unloading a maxed out truck, in extreme heat weather is taking to long.

The other message they are sending is they can't balance their budget, but the way they want to solve that is by going after routes that MAKE the USPS money? Seriously? I'm also an overburdened route. You all are not paying me for ANY of this time and haven't for over a year now!

MESSAGE TO MANAGEMENT - I invite you to spend a week with me on my route and at my pay level, not yours. Put up or shut up!

USPS will continue to try and steal more money away from us. With our nonexistent transparency RRECS who knows what else they are stealing from us. This to me only shows that they are stealing from us in any which way they can. Always looking for ways to pay us less.
BEST COMMENT OF THE DAY AWARD!!!
Very well said, and I couldnt agree more..

I ALSO HAVE A MESSAGE FOR PO MGMT...YOU'ALL ARE FFIIRREEDDDD....
There....got that off my chest...I feel better now. 🤣😂😆😁🤣😂😆😁🤠

I'm just gonna remove the battery after I hit startload/return2du, once I finish loading up/end of shift duties then I'll log in to endload/clockout
Bwahahahahahaha....yeah, and when you get pulled into the office, and get Disciplined for disabling postal equipment....come back and let us know so I can get another good laugh...🤣😂😆🙄🙄🙄🤠

The end of shift one is ridiculously short. I wasn't even done unloading my parcel pickup and it was crying then proceeded to ask every 5 mins after that. How are we supposed to do labels or route maintenance or pull and kill boxes with the scanner constantly complaining.
Or your LTM and DPM mapping?

They are making it clearer and clearer that they don't understand what rural carriers do every day.

Remember before RRECS when none of this crap mattered...the good 'ole days.
I'm going to post this in every thread that involves questions or problems with RRECS.
Seemed like everyone wanted it, now we are paying the price for getting it. Congrats!
Micromanaging in its most basic form.

EOS takes me 15 to 30 min. Having to to go through a huge pile of missent mail on a Monday afternoon will take some time besides cleaning out my LLV after taking DPS and box holders to the street. It is what it is. If they don’t want me to spend that time I’ll throw the half a tray of missent and markups in the UTF bin along with my pulled holds etc.. you get what you pay for.. 🤷🤣

How did everyone want it when it was forced on USPS through arbitration?

Not so much people the force, but there was several people on this board BEGGING FOR RRECS TO GO INTO EFFECT.

Lot of us didn't because the whole system is stealing and it wasn't ready to go live, but yet they started it. IMPLEMENT & FIX LATER!!!!!! How's the fixing later part going so far?????
