Overtime over for regulars?

They let our routes sit before paying regs ot
Fwiw..watch out if you have city carriers in the office...they let me sit home while using sometimes up to 3 city carriers to deliver my route. I filed 3x,got paid 3x & they wonder why they're broke
I always ask around quietly when I come back the next day,who was on my route..know who's a career city carrier v ptf...bc they can use ptf's
They tried that in our offices some time ago.... we let them know that we'd file and make some decent penalty money....they backed off. You MUST be proactive, don't sit back and let it happen.

This was just posted recently in our office. We have 3 regulars on the RDWL and now they are rotating us, so that one of us regulars are sitting home on our k day while they split a route every Saturday. We have 4 regular carriers out on OWCP. I thought they can’t split a route every Saturday especially if they have a regular sitting at home that’s on the RDWL?

I would ask to have them show that mandate in writing

I know what your saying they do that crap here too. It makes no sense by the time they pay city, CCA or management and then pay someone to help me clean up from that day or pay 8127 time to me im not understanding how that's budget friendly? Not counting how the customers suffer at times. Also if they have vans or llvs for others to use then hire RCA's to use them too. They claim to be so smart but I only see trying to hurt the rural craft on purpose. Just think if they put all that bad energy in to good energy and did things right how great the postal service would be again!
