I have the same wish, and have arrived at the same conclusion.
Some guesses?
* added the concept of coverage factor (cf)
* said cf is based on DPS and wss
* raw mail and flats not included in cf
* CBU + NDCBU cf standard
* DPS pieces per minute
* changed drive matrix including only 3
seconds for stop signs and limited time for
. traffic lights
* fueling goes from actual time to 3 minutes
* daily breaks result from evaluation, not a set. time.
* pay for route not solely based on assigned carrier's performance
* time standard for each box
* no allowance for gravel roads, snow days, etc
* second trips not a timed event
* stairs not paid for, all as the crow flies walking
distance
* stamp sales not actual time. (I usually carry
what my customers request. I fill their orders at the mailbox, then replenish in office.)

Those are just a few of my suspicions. I think the coverage factor has the most potential for manipulated impact on evaluations. They used 3-4 years to game the system. We have only just started to figure out their confidence game.

I've been suggesting our people listen to Corey for months now. Damn, I wish I worked in his office. His podcast is city carrier specific...but a good amount of the stuff he talks about is basic stuff that would still apply to us...I highly suggest giving this a listen.

He's a business guy. I gotta respect his blunt talk to people who talk in circles for the most part. Congress is used to people being more subservient to them.
I laughed at the ev chargers for the public. He has no intention of providing free electricity at his insurance risk unless Congress foots the bill.

It's still pretty apparent no one is relaying to corporate the problems, though.
Even though there is a direct report in every district, headquarters is still in the dark.

An observation about the video. You can’t see their faces but I guess this is his entourage behind him. Probably special assistants to the regional manager, VP of this, VP of that. Got their nice business attire on and their badges that look like they were just made that morning. Dude with the yellow legal pad & pen out but not making any notes. WTH are they there ? Dude should have been writing furiously when gentlewoman Stansbury was questioning about rolling out a new pay system with didly squat training. Talk about some pork that needs to be trimmed from the budget !!
