Postage due

I have a few locations which get multiple P/Dues over the week. For eons I have been paying for them in house. Leaving them the P/Due envelope(s) with total owed to me over the week.

RRECS S024 mentions credit per piece for delivery. SO41 there is a credit for payment made.

Where are they getting the #'s for postage due items for delivery points?

If I get 6 P/Due for 1 location, should I be entering 6 P/Due at location on scanner?

What if these locations pay me back in multiple P/Due envelopes? Does each 1 get an activity scan?

I don't pay them in house but they should be scanned individually whether you collect or leave a postage due notice. If you have to make a 2nd trip to the door to collect it would be 1 misc trip to door even if combined.

Postage due for business get misc to door scan and usually paid that day so only one postage due scan. Depending on the day and what I am expected to do after the route help wise. Depends if I do a postage due scan with door misc at residence. If no answer another postage due scan at mailbox with a form and envelope left in mailbox. 🤷‍♂️ If I have to fill out a form twice you bet I am doing the postage due scan twice.

I usually pay in house, up to a certain value of course. But this is one RRECS scan that i always forget.
need to get my ducks in a row for mini-survey i guess.
