GRIEVE. Good Lord.Lately, in the last few months, we've had the opposite situation, where a CCA has cased and/or delivered a rural route, during the week. I also thought that was not allowed, since it's crossing crafts?? But no one seems to give it a second thought...
I've also heard that it needs to be 100% volunteer based.
GRIEVE. Good Lord.
I'm confused? How can they grieve a cca running a rural route when they are already running a route that day?Your RCAs can have the best of two worlds, just like the clerks and cities do.
Grieve for the work done by others outside the craft.
If they have the gonads to do so, their children will have a wonderful Christmas (or they can put the extry in a savings account).
Gotta know the rules to win the game.![]()

Ok, so who gets paid? The rca filing the grievance, even if they are already working?
No. That is the stupid part. There is no grievance for the person doing the work, just those not working. Unless the working person was effectively denied opportunity for better money.
Ok, I'm an idiot, I admit it. I still don't understand who gets paid if you file the grievance when all available rcas are already working. There is no one within our area (rcas) who aren't working. The oic called every rural office/office with rural routes and could only find a cca. Sub situation is about to collapse in our area. It's a regular route mid weekIf it wasn't a Sunday, and you were working an hourly city route or clerk work, where you could be earning evaluation, and staying under 40, where effective wage was higher doing craft work. It is a stretch, but the scenario exists.
