Am I required to work routes other than my aux and primary?
I've searched through looking for information on this, because I've seen it before but cannot find again...
can some one please point me in the right direction?
I know in emergency situations I can be used.
But is it an emergency situation to use me to avoid the regulars from getting OT?
Right now my aux route is so overwhelmed with parcels I have been out until dark most days, unable to assist my
primary regular route.
Now they want me to give my aux route to another RCA (only route they know) at least once a week so that
I can work another route so that carrier doesn't get OT?!
Their sub was out on medical leave (off-duty accident) Back Monday this week after Dr. 'cleared' them for work, called in Tues., unable to come to work, 'sore'. PM has been trying to call but RCA won't answer phone.
Not my problem? this person should've been let-go long ago so we could, at least try to, find someone reliable.
