Section 225.61 Distribution Without Individual Names and Addresses. Normally, you deliver one piece for each box ( or one for each family ). At your option, you may handle this type of mail as a separate bundle or case it with other mail.

-- If that is really adhered to, why am I looked at a flyer which has in the upper right hand corner "Postmaster Please Deliver Feb. 27 - Mar.1, 2018" and it is the 26th?
-- During one of my last counts, we had a flyer with FRI-SAT delivery dates. Of course, as Saturday was the beginning of count, those flyers just HAD to be delivered on Friday.
