Sorry for the late reply. Anyway, The regular that used to be on this route got excessed about 3 years ago. This route used to be a regular route until they made it 35 hours to be a regular route. All I know is that he supposedly put a note on the case when he left saying that he requests retreat rights. I'm really curious to see if he only did that or if he actually went the proper route to gain the retreat rights.

I don't think this is something that you would have access to, the carrier would have done it in liteblue and only that carrier and HR would have access to that information.
