I was told rural reach,& lead submit arev2 different thingsIs it the same thing though when you use ‘U’ on the scanner and enter the customer’s info and then you get a message that says “Thank you (MDD user) for the lead” ?

This is what I do. I enter RURALREACHCUSTR on the Rural Activity menu and then I enter the info on sales lead on the Main menu (I think it’s letter U), all during EOS.Personally, I'd enter info on an actual lead on returntooffice time, if it was me![]()
I did this talked to someone my rt that was selling couple packages a day told her about how she can go online and request that I pick them up ( she had been dropping them off on her way to work) and it would benefit myself and her . She gave me her phone number . I turned all in . When the PO tried to call her she did not answer and they denied my 20 minutes .Our office has even been promoting that if you enter at least one lead every week, they tell us it has been approved to be worth 20 minutes on your evaluation. Anybody else been told this ? I sure didn’t see it on last 4241-A.

Same. Luckily for me I have a retirement home where people ask me quite literally the same thing day in and day out. I RuralReach it every single time.I do it every time a customer asks about our services.
Probably only average one or two a week though.
