Wednesday, March 22 through Friday the 24th , would be the best time to make a statement that would make waves. If all the craft who feels RRECS evaluation isn't an accurate measurement of the route used the 3 day no doctor note sick day rule and called in. Literally sick to our stomachs that we will do our same job for either less pay or working more days for same pay. Not to mention our annual and sick leave will be worth more than they are come Saturday March 25th.

All the Regular Carriers with more than 10 years left will disappear to. Doesn't seem all H Routes is a solution to a labor shortage at table 2 wages and after RRECS everyone working over eval

the union better figure out the 2240 crap going on, could be about 20 to 30,000 carriers approaching it in 2024... as to you eas and non carriers cruising this, and union too, with the labor market the way it is, you really think paying peeps 86.7 letters a minute will be a win? the rca's left will figure out real quick to slow down and become hourly... table 2 peeps, who have made it this far, are hard/fast/street smart and can go anywhere in most of the u.s., and make more money after wrecks hits and the table 1's are too vested and make good money, but will be breaking and bending to the not of any use anymore.. so what say you? tell us your plans.. starting the popcorn and all ears

most rcas around here have all ready figured this out. Going to make us work 12 hr days, might as well make them relaxing 12 hrs.
