Swapping K-day

If a K relief day is swapped, and the resulting 6 day week goes over 56 working hours, is OT paid or does the voluntary swap negate that?
First thing is our work week goes from Saturday to Friday. So I don't know what you are saying there?

So if you worked 6 days on a K route it means you worked your Relief Day for that week. So you would be paid a Code 5 or Code 3 for that day depending upon if you are on the RDWL or not!

Therefore if the other carrier that ended up with an extra day off, they will have to use leave (vac or sick) or account for that second (extra) day as LWOP.

more detail. I wanted Friday off without using AL so RCA worked Friday, I worked Saturday (my normal relief day). Which resulted in 4 days worked in week 1 and 6 days worked in week 2. Week 2 was over 56 hours actually worked. OIC says I don't get OT.

So in week 1, what daca code was put in for the first Saturday(your normal K day) and then the week 1 Friday that you also were off without using AL? The week 2 Saturday is either going to get paid as daca 3 or 5 and would not be included in the FLSA hours.

What I am hearing is that you were going to work as DACA R on Saturday so that you could claim a DACA X for the Friday off.

Problem is is that you have to work the R before claiming an X.
