Back during the Covid test kits, when I’m sure I was shorted at least 60 parcels a day by rrecs for the better part of a year, my issue was when attempting “load truck”, the scanner showed the message “no AMS file exists”. Maybe there was a AMS file somewhere, but it didn’t exist in relation to whatever database was accessed to update the scanner for the day. An audit really needs to be done, if the file didn’t integrate with my scanner, was it integrating everywhere else it was supposed to in order for rrecs to work?
