Agree. Some of MOUs I completely understand and thought were reasonably fair (I.E. working a different route during COVID got you double pay, I thought that was fair). But some just made me shake my head.
Look at all the carriers that were being hounded for 1080 and 2040 issues, they were made to take their annual this summer, so I surmise the same thing will happen again.
 
I have said this numerous times, but the union is and has been in bed with the PO for years. EVERY MOU benefits the PO and not the carriers. Example….We have been carrying Amazon for free with no count going on 2 yrs and no extra pay, if it was reversed and things were in our favor, union would of bent over backwards in 3 months to help the PO.
We have been carrying Amazon for free for almost 10 years if you really think about it. Parcel time standards laughable.
