Edge has a lot of good reasons listed there to not count. Yup given the history of our fearless leaders you just know they are due for something incredibly stupid again. Yup no doubt there is going to be a count.

I’m currently in that weird limbo phase myself. Had my route remeasured last year, dropped 6 miles (long story, never measured with calibrated vehicle) so lost 2 hours and should now be an L route. Filed for DPS review last September to try to recoup time, failed, and shot from a 41K to a 47K. Kept hearing cuts were coming, and they finally did it this week on my route and 3 others that had gone overburdened.
Asked sup to call district to find out if I was getting counted since I met both criteria, and she said they told her it was a hard no on counting. So, I guess I get to stay a non-L, which will bump my new 43K back up. Oh, and we also just got word that we’re losing FSS immediately, so... I don’t even know anymore.
