How long after mini mail count do we see our new route evaluation?

Rrecs increased my route 5 hours more than all the counts combined in the last 6 years I think the 2 minutes a parcel was a huge win,riding the 48k gravy train finished at 2 oclock today feels like i'm stealing.
Had you been counted, in the last 6 years, I’d betcha you’d have gained those 5 hours anyways. (Last count, 2018, that’s 5 years ago, so your talking of a count, that didn’t help you much, 1 year prior), so, wrecks helped you how?

First, overburdened routes will be cut per contract language, this has nothing to do with rrecs and it’s always been this way.
That is if RRECS could figure out how to adjust routes, so far I don’t believe there is an effective method to do that. There had better be soon because routes could very well require adjustment twice a year.

Based on your prior posts you aren’t doing 68 hours of work a week. Heck, you’re not even doing the 48 hours a week work your getting paid for according to your posts. You best be using the word evaluation in your post not actual physical hours.

Again, I said you only made statements of opinion which are neither true nor false, you simply stated how you feel.
Your opinions are worthless to me, because you don’t understand how rrecs works or how the old system worked,
You just want to argue: rrecs bad vs rrecs good. Go back and read through the hundreds of rrecs threads to better inform yourself.

Parcels: we used to get half of our parcels counted as flats and now they’re all considered parcels, huge win.
If only we could get a straightforward and concrete definition of what a parcel is. What is an unscanned parcel, should it have to be larger than a shoe box (and what shoe size?). Is a parcel something that wont fit in the box (Shazam, mail box sizes themselves vary), is a parcel anything that is in my PARCEL hamper, or is it what ever your particular office allows?

Someone please correct me as I may be wrong-but if you are saying you hit load/endload out on route....Our office was told that scan ONLY works and is to be used while AT OFFICE?
 
We get all the mail and parcels from peak season counted and for the entire year not just a 2 week manipulated window.
Of course it will be up to 6 months later that you will be paid for the work you did during peak. That is assuming you’re still on the route, haven’t quit or retired, or had your route readjusted to something that no longer resembles your route due to the excesses of peak.

Can we do that, start and end load to organize parcels? I'm in a pov pickup and have to move parcels and spurs into the cab from the bed of the truck multiple times a day.

Or, did I make statements that are not true nor false? Your right, my acedemic formation, can not understand what your TRYING to teach me (us) (Maybe it isn’t me? (us) that’s “academically challenged.) I can’t be not right, then right and wrong. I know, I don’t fully understand wrecks (like you think you do), but I’m willing to actually listen to reasoning as to where wrecks is right, or wrong. I’m willing to see (most) people’s thoughts/knowledge on wrecks, but when only 1 person argues, time and time again, how wrecks is “gods gift from heaven”, yet everybody else disagrees, I must ask “who is more “academically challenged”? I don't care what other people say so whenever I stop in my route and organize my truck and bring the parcels that's father closer to me I just hit start load and when I'm done and ready to go I hit end load. And I only do it for once or twice when I'm at the route. Total about five or six minutes a day. You do the math five times six that's 30 minutes right there. My manager tried to stop me doing it and I asked them to have it in writing even he treated me with discipline since I don't have it in writing I keep doing it and it's been almost a year now.
Uuhhmmmmmmm, don’t do that. Look at your 4241 forms, moving things around is already factored in, by your volume. Your not loading your truck when you do that. Load truck is at the po, not out on route. You’ve already been compensated to move things around….. your not “loadtruck” in the middle of the route (unless you come back to po to pick up more)…..
but, you do you! And don’t cry when it eventually bites your behind….
 
I'm not familiar with the term " academic formation," perhaps it is a foreign translation?
I know they use formation in England for some terms...mostly sporting.
