Since rrecs started, my coverage factor stays around 50%. I know for a fact I deliver to more than 50% of my address daily.

Solution
CBU routes are strictly credited by WSS/Boxholders & Informed Visibility (DPS, some flats, & packages) only way to raise is to cheat. Don’t get caught doing it.
Sorry out of luck. RRECS don't care about CBUs/CENT raw letters. Another flaw in the whole system.

But hey don't worry we will implement and fix later. Well it has been implemented, but it definitely hasn't been fixed.
Yeah union said after the 1st rrecs, they were working in it to fix.

If you go on NRLCA.org there’s a coverage factor worksheet to see if you’re getting what they’re saying. Track it for two weeks and see for yourself. It’s about 3% off when there was a guy that did it in my office.

Why should we have to do more work to track it? If system isn't right, never should have been put into place in the 1st place.

Mine was right on the money but I didn’t take a Relief Day. I did it again a month later & was 1% off.

Agree! We tracked and found 12% average off our count credit. This shows we are being shorted. Our union (sic) should press this so that at least we get credit for what their stupid system requires us to do.

Exactly and my plant is sooo !@$$ up it is ugly and why my coverage dropped another 3%. Get flats 2 days a week and there you go. Oh and heavy DPS 2 days.

The problem is not enough carriers are taking part in the study so the data isn’t enough to file a step 4.
