For routes that have cbus/ centralized boxes only, how to make the coverage factor go up?

Since rrecs started, my coverage factor stays around 50%. I know for a fact I deliver to more than 50% of my address daily.

Yep and more info you get the better AND if the union did something and got us something guess what, I bet more people would join the union.
