Did the average of my last 4 paychecks and I'm above on average (by about 14 minutes a day). So an hour and a quarter or so a week. However, I'm also an hour a week under my old eval.

Actually, rurals usually have higher high 3 years. City gets to retirement in better shape. City gets much higher socsec because of higher wages.

He doesn’t like getting called out on his hypocrisy… I also went up and don’t trust rrecs, who knows what October will even look like, if things continue as they are.

My route went up an hour but lately I've been delivering my route under 7 hours for 4 days last week .What is this going to do in the next 6 months ??? My route will go down ??? I have customers that get mail everyday , but now , once in a while , I'm driving by their mailbox ???

Doesn't have to be a distribution center ..... they can forward to a local fleet of vans or LaserShip or other outfits like that.... many use workers with English as a 2nd language.... USPS won't be able to compete with those rates.... over the long haul, RRECS is gonna screw you..... keep your blinders on for now, but think back when it happens, and remember, you heard it here first....

I wish I could show all of you the picture I took on my route Saturday. LS threw 2 white bags on the ground under a group of mailboxes for my apartments . Monday , the bags were on top of the mailboxes , they delivered to the wrong address !! Lol

I hope the pic showed up . I brought those 2 parcels back to my office and put them under parcel pick up with no bar code We have buckets set up for this , fed ex , Ls , ups ... I got the footage to go there when we did our mini count , these companies want to take our jobs but they do a shi-- y job . I hope our customers take note of this and stick with USPS . Always ! I try to do my best for my customers , I want their business , this is what makes my route !! I deliver with a smile and let them know , I appreciate their business , that's how I get paid ! I've always loved my job and my customers !!!

This gets me off of a state route highway . I asked the owner to put them in the driveway for my safety and don't have to deal with snow removal on a highway management has nothing to say to me , I'm delivering safely, actually , there's 13

I moved off this route in January but it was hugely overburdened the entire time I was on it, I never once made eval for an entire week (closest I came was maybe 44 hours one week) and the eventual rrecs eval showed exactly why. I personally think the postal service would just tell me to go eff myself but I thought I'd ask the forum if it was worth pursuing, I have never filed too many grievances and now with rrecs I have to consider filing a bunch for many different reasons.

I know, it's a weird situation since I'm not actually on it anymore, just worked it essentially right up to before the mini count then changed routes so the entire year of data collection was from my work which then drove the route up from a 42k to a 48k (really a 53k).

Some people think I should try to get back pay but I think it'd be a waste of time but it may not be, not sure honestly.

Amazing how many people seem to like this hourly pay standard, but are not or did not transfer to the craft that has the actual hourly pay standard.

Over the years we have had many carriers transfer/switch/swap crafts, whatever vernacular you want to use. But thanks for chiming in.
