What is the fast track hiring process? Anyone have any experience with how it works?
The only info I have is that it takes the hiring process out of office. The postmaster will have nothing to do with the selection. Also supposed to only take 27 days for new hire to be in office.
I did also wonder how a grievance would work in this situation. Who do you file it against for lack of subs??Never heard of it!
Maybe the union could bring it into grievance remedies where
Everyone is being denied any time off.
they are attempting it here. applicants take some sort of test. then the highest score gets first chance at a job. no interviews. then they have drug test and office training.
