How long after mini mail count do we see our new route evaluation?

who is opposed to hourly, union or management?
wonder about union,, management is jealous and scared,,, add those together and you get spite, add those together and you get a bully... add those and you end up with someone willing to: throw you under the bus/lie/cheat/blame/steal/pout/etc....

I think both. The PO because it is less expensive for them for us to be evaluated and easier to manipulate. And I think the union feels like it makes them exclusively qualified to represent us if we are evaluated. There certainly would be much less to negotiate or miss-negotiate if we were hourly. Just look at how they escape overtime labor laws because we are evaluated, which definitely benefits the PO.
 
Agree, but I’m not seeing those options in my area. May of 2023, I’m vested in po BULLCHIT, may 2023, I’m looking to get out if things don’t change….may 23, I’ll have 3 companies retirement vested. may 23, I might not be be better off, but I will be looking for more fair working environments…… my count down has begun…..
I feel this, I’m just over a month from being vested, and it’s REAALLLLY on my mind on what comes next. 😂
 
You’re not understanding my response because you lack a basic academic formation.
Again, I said you only made statements of opinion which are neither true nor false, you simply stated how you feel.
Your opinions are worthless to me, because you don’t understand how rrecs works or how the old system worked,
You just want to argue: rrecs bad vs rrecs good. Go back and read through the hundreds of rrecs threads to better inform yourself.

Again, I requested to be cut multiple times. I want to be cut to a 43k per contract.
I welcome the cuts! We need cuts!
Rrecs should have been implemented years ago because of how wonderful it is!!!!

It’s not at all practical to change the evaluations daily, no one can be paid like that. Too much uncertainty. That’s why we’re doing it every 6 months.
maybe you guys would like hourly better, then go city. I prefer the evaluated system.
This entire debate/conversation is worthless because we’re not going hourly and we’re not getting rid of rrecs. Deal with it.
U need cuts I’m good with my 42K working 18 hours a week 😂
