My supervisor was doing her count training via telecon today.

PM got an email yesterday about telecon training. Not sure when she’s watching it. Said I could too, but would have to be on my own time. Makes sense I guess since they never provided any actual RRECS training and we had to learn that on our own as well.

Not sure how many were in the first round but my PM said there are 700 email questions in the Q & A. Not sure if he has to count bundled flats and if not where the total amount can be found.

When I got back this afternoon, my PM was on the telecon about the survey. It was mostly go to this link to find info on this, go to that link to find info on that. They aren't really getting training, just being told where to go to get the training.

Our training ( rural carriers) will most likely consist of a piece of paper-just like with RRECS........absolutely rediculus!!!!!

Yes, I know and am so THANKFUL for this site...just like with RRECS most everything I have learned, I learned on here!!!!

No surprise the about lack of training for current mail count. They have always put things on the back burner until last moment.

JS.. If we were given the same hours, they spend at school might lead to a more successful retention rate because they will finish at or under Eval hours more quickly.
