I'm 47 years old senior RCA and carry large AUX route in a growing area. Anyway, one of our regular is going to retire very soon. I was excited until I found out that I'm gonna be on Table 2 and will be paid cut
, I'm earning $23.34 hr now and about $1800 pp, I'm pretty happy about where I am in now even though a heavy volume. I have all health insurances and benefits through my spouse and I do max our Roth IRA every year. I'm not sure this transition would benefit me in anyway. Any thoughts or advise? Any Table 2 regular out there? TSP match, paid holidays, pension.....but paid cut??? If I think about a long run ( step 12?), it may be better, but in this volume of packages, I'm not sure I can do this job for a long time since I'm already in 47 years old.....Decision, decision.........???
