Precisely, but management seems to forget this part of the contract and go directly to the next part. The last paragraph ^^^^ does not apply to formula forced reassignment of relief day. It only pertains to reg that requests to move from Saturday to Tue, Wed or Thu.
Never. Only when thereās a recalculation. The loss or gain of subs.So thatās when you canāt change the relief day in a formula office, when can you change it ā again aside from recalculation conditions?
Mgmt can only be required to ADD Saturdays, not remove them. Mgmt decides the weekdays to offer when removing Saturdays. It is suggested in the Implementation Guidelines that mgmt try to keep an equal level of Relief Days across the weekdays. So when subs are gained or lost, then the relief days can change, besides Saturday or not Saturday? And is it only because of loss of Saturday that relief days are allowed to shuffle? Sorry for being pedantic but this feels either nebulous or terribly one-sided.
So when the employer invoked the formula, there was only negative to carriers and none for management, even though it was managementās failure that led to formula and denied a supposed principle of the rura craft, relief per route? Yet, no recompense for the negatively affected carriers.
Does in the office I work in.In most cases, a leave replacement is becoming a regular. Doesn't this happening trigger a recalculation?
