Thats right! There seems to be less people in the system that actually understand what the evaluation system is, especially management.
How long after mini mail count do we see our new route evaluation?

Exactly. If they didn't think they needed to be adjusted, why would we have to do this every 6 months.

Adjustments and periodic evaluation is different thing . Circumstances might change for any route —- Amazon addition , Amazon drop etc etc . Periodic evaluation is needed for that . Adjustment needed for territory gain or loss , squaring up etc . Failure by engineers to keep a process for that is actually mind boggling

trust me, it gets old fast….. hearing the same song 20 times a day gets old. Listening to news gets old faster. Listening to talk shows gets boring. Interesting pod casts don’t produce often enough….. and finding interesting pod casts is even harder……

Turn off radio enjoy the sights and sounds around. Like the route I run most days, but I dont necessarily want a suburb route. The GoV vehicle is the huge bonus currently.
How can ANYBODY (besides you) TRUST wrecks? No transparency in flats is fair? We should just TRUST it? Coverage factor is FAIR? We should just trust it? Being told “too many unscan parcels“ is fair? We should just trust it?
Your FAIR wrecks system DID square up my routes time (old 43k, new, 47k), 150-200 parcels a day. However, an old traditional mail count would have squared up most routes to begin with, and we wouldn’t have been doing all these “un-neccesary” scans every time we turn around. But instead, no counts since 2018 is what helped many, and hurt many as well. Wrecks didn’t /doesn’t help anybody (but you). Wrecks is nothing but a time wasting JOKE, that nobody can actually prove what we’ve done! There would be even more under time, if we didn’t waste 10-30 seconds per stupid wrecks scans we’ve now got to do.
Yup! Wrecks was fair! Kill 66% instantly, instead of doing counts every year since 2018! Wrecks was fair taking $20,000 from some INSTANTLY!
Wrecks is doing you fair as well, paying you 48 hours a week, when you probably should be getting 60 hours a week! Wrecks is fair! Wrecks did me fair as well, bumped me up 4 hours a week, but I’m sure it should be more, but I can’t verify any information “they” base those 4 hours off of. (I can verify, 30ish boxes (never counted before) helped my 4 hours. I can verify, my 150-200 packages (versus 2018s count of 60-80) helped my 4 hour bump. Wrecks didn’t do that. A traditional mail count YEARLY would have done that….
Oh, and wrecks new standard, 86 ppm dps! Yup, that sure helps us all (well, if your a post office negotiations persona)…..
answer me this……. Other than door delivery’s, WHAT HAS WRECKS DONE IN OUR FAVOR? That a traditional MAIL COUNT wouldn’t have done us?

And ignorance is not name calling, ignorance is not necessarily a bad thing. Everybody on this board, everybody in the world is ignorant, about something. Yup! I do that as well, but, even that gets old. 91 miles a day, route miles, 20 miles a day round trip to work/home…… even pure silence gets old…. Lol….
I have been enjoying the bears that have been more frequent tho, except the 2 I saw crossing the road 1.5 miles from home….
Initially, I refused the gov vehicle, but wouldn’t have gotten anyways (our office got 1, 3 wanted it, 2 didn’t, 1 came thru, the rest didnt), but after 2 transmissions in 2 vehicles this year (1 still waiting on money to get it), I sure wish I had a metris. ema sure don’t buy a transmission these days!

There is so much to refute I don’t know where to start.
First, overburdened routes will be cut per contract language, this has nothing to do with rrecs and it’s always been this way. You can’t blame rrecs for me doing 68 hours of work and getting paid 48.
Parcels: we used to get half of our parcels counted as flats and now they’re all considered parcels, huge win.
We get all the mail and parcels from peak season counted and for the entire year not just a 2 week manipulated window.
Why can’t you just count your flats everyday and average the number and compare it to the 4241m? Or is that too complicated for you to figure out?
86ppm is for looking at the address not casing letters.
All you did was a bunch of angry name calling and you made confused misinformed statements.

Fair enuf. You DID FINALLY, make a couple fair points. But, there’s many more unfair points in wrecks, that you keep overlooking, more than your good points. (Yes, I am ignorant, on many things, however, I’m not ashamed about it, I can dig deeper if you’d like),
Why should I have to count my flats? (Yes, I am to lazy to) I’m not paid to count my flats! I’m trusting this BULLCHIT system, ONLY because, I’m a 47k, hoping to not get cut, I’m actually not doing things to lower my standards, to come down to 45ish, hoping to not be cut.
I don’t blame wrecks for your 68 for 48 hours pay! But I do blame people like you praising wrecks for your 68 for 48!!! Wrecks din NOT do that for you. Yes, it helped you, some, but if you’d open your eyes, your 68 for 48 is probably more than 68, yet your happy with it! Good on you! Be happy being under paid!
some of us, on here, and elsewhere, are NOT SO ignorant, that we realize, wrecks kills us, more than it helps us! But, you can’t grasp that fact, so just stop demoralizing those of us that aren’t that ignorant.
You did make a couple good points on wrecks. But everything else wrecks wise, only kills us (you as well, if you’d only wake up)
