Back pay

Is this the first contractual raise we have ever gotten? The payroll system is already in place, all you have to do is plug in the new salary chart. You know, the one they published BEFORE we even voted on the new contract. You would think this is 1925 where a room full of people sitting at tables with pencils and notebooks were doing it one carrier sat at time!

What an utter joke. It shouldn't be that hard to update our current rates. NO excuse whatsoever. Then the whole back pay fiasco. Our union sucks, the USPS doesn't give two cents about our well being. We are in a middle of the highest inflation in my lifetime. The money would be nice to have. Just a joke.

If my memory serves me right the Pay Period 16, July 16th date just happens to be the original start date of the RRECS pay system! Ain't that just something?

The backpay is understandable.
The delay in making our pay current is inexcusable. To my knowledge it has never happened. Pay charts are posted. Can't input?

All of this is taking WAY longer than it should... wth....

Just my opinion, but there is no way we will see the back pay paid before Christmas, 2022.

That really is criminal... how could they owe us money from that far back without paying it...
