From what I was told, once it is certified the counting of everything goes into effect. Once submitted the system takes over.Thanks.. I’m in the northeast and we haven’t even been mapped yet.. I feel we are far from the RRECS being implemented here. Also, is what your saying is that whenever an office is “certified”, then that said office begins getting counted under the RRECS? How can 1 office, 2 offices, 30 offices begin the RRECS while others sit and wait?? My understanding is that we all have to begin the implementation as a whole, not in part and in drips and drabs..

The system is only as good as the user.
There will have to be some type of team put together to get this done in my opinion. As it is complicated and most people just don't want to learn or deal with it. I think we won't see it running for at least another 2yrs if that. It is just to complicated.
